    Job Responsibilities:
    • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
    • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to Sellers
    • Consistently network and market prospect
    • Gide 30 to 50 Buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
    • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and very best advice
    • Interested in growing far beyond where they are now, interested in a six-figure income, and willing to do anything and everything asked
    Qualifications: 
    • Current Real Estate License
    • Display people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
    • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends

    REAL ESTATE INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

     

    WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE YOU?

    We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to assist our growing Real Estate Group! You will be the first point of contact for our customers.

    You will prospect for and obtain new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact database.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from working with people, and takes ownership of the process to maximum effectiveness. We are looking for someone who has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries.

    Responsibilities:
    • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and cold calling
    • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle
    • Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
    • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
    • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents

    Qualifications:
    • Hold, or active working to acquire, an active real estate license
