Aggressive Pre-Marketing Gets It Done for our Client!

We listed a home and pre-marketed it heavily for seven days before the showings began. We whipped up a flurry of interest through sharing with our database and people online. We had incredible photos and an excellent description of the home, which motivated buyers and their agents to contact us continually, trying to get in early.

Within 36 hours of the first showing, we had 22 showings, multiple offers, and secured a sale far above the asking price.
The fun part is that The Wexler Group represented the buyer and the seller. Even with the intense competition, we were able to create a win-win for both sides!

We are Realtors who rescue dogs and cats from unjust situations and could not think of a better company to team up with.

NAWS rescues dogs and cats from high-kill facilities that are likely to be put down. This means they take in very young puppies and kittens, terminally ill and senior pets, and other animals in difficult situations such as heartworm positive dogs. NAWS aims to end pet homelessness and unnecessary pet euthanasia, focusing specifically on providing low cost spay and neuter services to prevent litters that would not get the proper care they deserve..

The Wexler Group is very passionate about this organization, along with all the other great charities we work with.
